We want you to love your Club L look, but if it is not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items back into their original packaging and ensure all brand tags remain intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
